I don't collect anything about you that isn't freely given by you on this website. I will never sell your information, or give it to a third party.  I will never post anything we discuss without your permission and even at that will present your story without your name or contact info unless you specifically ask me to.

My hope and intention for all my platforms  is to provide you with information about your spiritual path and your connection with spirit.  I take the psychic sciences seriously but present this information as entertainment only.

You agree that Grow Your Light and Debra Zachau shall not be liable for any damage, loss or expense of any kind resulting from information, materials and session content on this site.    

In no event including without limitation, a negligent act shall Debra Zachau be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. You hold harmless Debra Zachau, Grow Your Light, and any third party (meaning ordering merchandise), into perpetuity.  This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of California, U.S.A. without reference to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction in San Diego County; California; U.S.A. for any disputes with Grow Your Light with Debra Zachau arising out of your use of this site.  

Debra Zachau's failure to enforce her rights under this Agreement or take action against any party for breach of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such rights, or of future subsequent enforcement of such rights. Debra Zachau does not have any obligation to notify you of changes to this Agreement. It is your responsibility to review the terms to apprise yourself of modifications.
